Candidates must report strictly according to the designated time slots specified for their applied positions:
⏰ Morning Batch (09:00 AM Sharp)
- Applicable Positions: Sr. No. 01 to 05 (Assistant Professor, Librarian, IT Consultant, Photo-Video Editor, Library Assistant/Clerk)
⏰ Afternoon Batch (01:00 PM Sharp)
- Applicable Positions: Sr. No. 06 to 09 (Laboratory Assistant, Electrician, Research Advisor-Facilitator, Statistical Assistant)
- Nature of Job: These positions are purely temporary and on a contractual basis up to 31/05/2027. No other benefits or permanent job allowances will be given.
- No Pre-dispatch of Hard Copies: Candidates do not need to send hard copies of the application form or any certificates to the University before the interview date.
- Compulsory Documents to Carry: It is mandatory to bring all your Original Documents, a duly filled application form, and one set of photocopies on the day of the interview.
- Applying for Multiple Posts: If you wish to appear for more than one position, you must submit a separate, duly filled application form along with a separate set of photocopies for each individual post.
- No Schedule Changes: Requests for changes in the interview date or reporting time will absolutely not be entertained under any circumstances.
