- Regulatory Guidelines: Selections are strictly made as per UGC Guidelines. In rare cases where UGC NET qualified candidates are unavailable, applicants with a Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks will be considered.

- UGC NET Qualified Candidates: ₹45,000/- per month (Fixed)
- Non-NET Qualified Candidates: ₹35,000/- per month (Fixed)
- Note: For subjects where NET is not conducted by UGC or any other agency, the emoluments of ₹45,000/- per month shall be considered.
